Noah Abel is a native of Minot, North Dakota. Noah attended Minot State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Business Management in 2022. Noah obtained his law degree (Cum Laude) from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2025. Noah joined Pringle & Herigstad, P.C. right out of law school.

Noah practices in the following areas of law: general civil litigation, real estate, business law, estate planning, and family law.
