Reed Soderstrom joined the Pringle & Herigstad, P.C. Law Firm in 1989. Reed specializes in Tribal Law with an emphasis on Tribal Oil and Gas, litigation and personal injury. He is admitted to practice in most Tribal Courts in the region, State Courts of North Dakota and Minnesota, Federal Courts, Tax Courts, 8th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Reed has served and volunteered on various Boards in the city and state. He taught criminal law and procedure at a local college, served the bail bond industry across the state, served as a U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, and presently serves part-time as a Workforce Safety Administrative Law Judge. Most recently Reed's time has been heavily involved in the oil-rich deposits of the Ft. Berthold Indian Reservation, previously serving as the attorney for TERO, and council representatives, as well as surface and mineral allottee owners.
Reed is a member of several Bar Associations, church groups, and statewide associations. He enjoys spending extra time with his wife and two children.
