Debra HoffarthDebra Hoffarth

Debra Hoffarth's areas of practice include personal injury litigation, personnel law, general litigation, and commercial litigation. Deb received her B.B.A. in Business Management (Cum Laude) from the University of North Dakota. She received her law degree (with distinction) from the University of North Dakota School of Law. She joined Pringle & Herigstad, P.C. following graduation in 2000 and is a partner in the firm.

Deb is a member of the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce Tech Expo Committee and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Debra Hoffarth was admitted to practice in North Dakota in 2000. She is also admitted to practice in U.S. District Court, District of North Dakota, Turtle Mountain Tribal Court, Fort Berthold District Court and the United States Court of Appeals.

Debra Hoffarth is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, Ward County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Bar Association.

Deb was raised on a family farm near Niagara, North Dakota. Her husband, Brad, is a teacher and they have three children.
