Ashley FlagstadAshley Flagstad

Ashley is a native of Minot, North Dakota. She obtained her B.S. degree (Cum Laude) in criminal justice from Minot State University in 2007 and earned her Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2014.

While in law school, Ashley's concentration was in litigation. Ashley previously interned at the Kent County Public Defender's Office in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is licensed to practice law before the North Dakota Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.

Ashley joined Pringle & Herigstad, P.C. right out of law school and focuses her practice in the area of criminal defense. She is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the ND Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ashley is a licensed family law mediator and practicing Parenting Investigator and Guardian ad Litem on the North Dakota Statewide Parenting Investigator and Guardian ad Litem roster.
