Ashleigh Ensrud

Ashleigh Ensrud is a native of Fargo, North Dakota. She received her B.A. degree (Magna Cum Laude), in music and political science from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, in 2008. In 2011, she graduated (with distinction) from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

While in law school, Ashleigh was an associate editor of the North Dakota Law Review and her article, Putting a Price on Child Porn: Requiring Defendants Who Possess Child Pornography Images to Pay Restitution to Child Pornography Victims, 86 N.D. L. Rev. 205, was published in 2010. She was also a Burtness Research Scholar, an extern for the US Attorney’s Office and a Student Director for the UND Law Clinic. Her extracurricular activities included being a member of the Randy H. Lee American Inn of Court, the Law Women’s Caucus and served as the Vice President of Delta Theta Phi.

After law school, Ashleigh served as a law clerk for the East Central Judicial District in Fargo, North Dakota, for two years. She joined the firm in 2013 and her practice areas include personal injury litigation, family law, and general litigation.

Ashleigh is active in the Ward County Bar Association and is currently serving as the organization’s President.

Ashleigh and her husband, Jeremy, reside in Minot.
