Larson Attends United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda

Carol Larson returned in July from a trip to Arusha, Tanzania. While in Arusha, she attended several hearings conducted by the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
Pringle & Herigstad Hosts an Open House to Commemorate 100th Anniversary

On August 13, 2009, Pringle & Herigstad welcomed over 500 clients, community members, and friends to a reception “under the Big Top.” We erected a tent in our parking lot on a beautiful summer day and treated guests to food, beverages, music, and socializing. A good time was had by all—so much so that we may do a 101st celebration next year!

Will Dispute Case Settled
Carol Larson and Jim Nostdahl recently settled a multi-million dollar Will dispute case in which a Will was contested based on the alleged mental incapacity of the Will signor.
Car Accident Case Involving Serious Injury Settled
Jim Nostdahl recently settled a case on behalf of a client injured in a car accident who was unable to return to his employment. Experts testified as to the client's loss of income as a result of his injuries. The insurance company for the driver responsible for the accident agreed to a settlement in excess of $600,000.00.
Cases Settled On Behalf Of Anhydrous Ammonia Spill Victims
Jim Nostdahl settled cases on behalf of over 100 claimants who were injured in the CP Rail train derailment and anhydrous ammonia spill in 2002. Settlements were completed in 2007 and 2008.
Verdict Obtained Against Wal-Mart
Jim Nostdahl obtained a jury verdict in excess of $800,000.00 against Wal-Mart for a client who was injured in a trip and fall accident at the Minot store. Wal-Mart appealed the case, but the verdict was upheld. Wilcox v. Wal-Mart, 92 F3d 1190.
